We are looking for a talented and innovative Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to translate brand concepts into eye-catching designs across multiple platforms.

You will work closely with the content, marketing, and the strategic team to create visually appealing materials that align with the brand's identity and objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role. -Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc - Canva and Figma only count as a bonus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print media - must be own work not team efforts.
• Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and composition.
• Ability to translate briefs into creative design solutions that align with brand objectives.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to present and articulate design ideas and concepts.
• Must have experience in social media: carousels, reels, stories, quick cuts, long format video, static posts, Ai.
