Social media planner and content creator

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to develop engaging content that grows brand following, run campaigns and creates active customer engagement.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and analysing content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives. This includes writing captions and engaging with customers. Looking for a thinker not a chatGpt'er.

1. Proven experience as a Content Planner, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
2. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and original captions.
3. Experience with monetising content and developing growth strategies.
4. Proficiency in using social media scheduling and management tools.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Familiarity with various social platforms, content trends, and audience behaviours.
7. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
8. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales.
9. Must have a Vega certificate and matric.
