Lead the production of compelling visual content across multiple clients and internal initiatives. This individual is responsible for conceptualising, capturing, editing, and producing photography, video, and graphic content that brings digital and creative strategies to life. Working closely with the Digital Account Manager and broader team, the role bridges storytelling with production management to deliver exceptional, brand-aligned content across all platforms. Visual Content Creation Capture high-quality photography and videography for campaigns, client deliverables, and internal events. Serve as Director of Photography (DOP) during shoots, ensuring the creative vision and technical execution are aligned. Produce a wide range of content including: Branded campaign visuals Staff portraits & team culture content Event recaps (internal & external) Behind-the-scenes footage Behind-the-scenes footage Post-Production & Design Edit raw footage and images into polished, on-brand content for digital, social, and print channels. Design visual assets (e.g., social media graphics, presentation templates, client mock-ups) in line with brand CI. Deliver edited content in multiple formats and specs per platform requirements. Project Planning & Coordination Plan shoots end-to-end: concept development, shot lists, schedules, crew coordination, and location scouting. Manage equipment rentals, costing, and on-site logistics in collaboration with internal teams. Ensure deadlines are met and production quality is consistent across deliverables. Cross-Team & Client Collaboration Work closely with the Digital Account Manager to interpret briefs and execute against digital strategies. Collaborate with client teams to understand needs and deliver high-impact visual solutions. Support internal communications and events, capturing key moments and creating branded content for internal use. Internal Support & Ad Hoc Requests Respond to ad hoc content or visual requests from across the business. Maintain and manage an organised content library (photos, videos, templates). Provide input and creative support for internal brainstorms and visual strategy sessions. Ensure ongoing alignment with brand guidelines and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in multimedia production, with a strong portfolio across photography, videography, and design Formal training or qualification in media production, visual communications, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a photographer, videographer, and/or graphic designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Advantageous: Experience in animation, motion graphics, or drone operation

Knowledge Required :

  • Comprehensive knowledge in (this is non-negotiable) – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom. Strong technical understanding of: Camera operation and equipment Lighting and sound design File formats, codecs, and post-production workflows
  • Familiarity with brand identity and content adaptation across multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of platform-specific content requirements (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

Required Technical & Creative Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom.
  • Strong working knowledge of: Camera systems (DSLRs, mirrorless) Lighting setups for both photography and video Sound capture tools and post-audio workflows Strong editing, motion design, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to shoot and edit content independently or as part of a production crew Interpersonal & Organisational Skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills across multiple projects.
  • Strong communicator – able to translate briefs into visual concepts.
  • Collaborates well across teams and is comfortable giving and receiving creative feedback.
  • Self-starter who is proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished, high-quality work.
  • Solution-oriented with a can-do attitude in dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
