Mscsports is evolving into a fully integrated sports and entertainment marketing agency, with creative and communications capabilities being built in-house.

The Creative & Comms team partners with Client Service, Strategy, and other departments to conceptualise and deliver campaigns, content, and experiences for leading brands and rightsholders.

Duties include but are not limited

Creative Execution: 

  • Assist the Lead Designer in creating marketing and campaign assets across digital, social, print, and experiential channels (e.g., social content, event collateral, presentations, toolkits). 
  • Translate briefs into clear, visually aligned design concepts with guidance from senior team members.
  • Adapt and roll out master designs into various formats and sizes for different platforms.
  • Ensure all designs strictly follow internal and client brand guidelines.
  • Support the design and layout of pitch decks, case studies, and credentials documents.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorms and creative work-in-progress sessions.

Service & Delivery

  • Deliver accurate, polished design files that support campaign and business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Lead Designer to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and flag risks early.
  • Prepare files correctly for digital and print output (resolution, bleed, colour profiles, formats, etc.).
  • Assist with basic artwork checks, mock-ups, and visual references for client presentations and internal reviews.
  • Collaborate with content creators, strategists, and client service teams to ensure cohesive execution across touchpoints.
  • Maintain good housekeeping of design files (naming conventions, folder structure, version control).

Financial Accountability

  • Accurately log time spent on tasks to support project tracking and cost management.
  • Use existing templates and frameworks where appropriate to increase efficiency.
  • Help minimise rework by delivering error-free, on-brand designs, incorporating feedback thoroughly.

People & Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with the Lead Designer, Creative & Comms team, and cross-functional colleagues. 
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively about progress, blockers, and timeframes.
  • Be open to feedback, mentorship, and coaching from senior designers and managers.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and solutions-driven team culture aligned to our RICH values (Respect, Integrity, Curiosity, Humility).
  • Support senior team members by preparing design drafts, variations, and mock-ups as needed.
  • Assist with ad hoc design requests across the agency (internal comms, social posts, templates, etc.).

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

  • Assist with ad hoc design requests across the agency (internal comms, social posts, templates, etc.).
  • Consistently high-quality design outputs that are on-brand, accurate, and delivered on time.
  • Visible growth in skill, speed, and level of independence over time.
  • Positive feedback from the Lead Designer, Creative & Comms Director, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Contribution to polished pitch decks, case studies, campaigns, and client deliverables that help win and retain business.

EXPERIENCE & QULAIFICATIONS:

  • 0–2 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer OR completed internships and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work. 
  • A portfolio that shows strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, digital assets, brand applications).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic experience with presentation tools (Keynote/PowerPoint).

Bonus:

  • Basic knowledge of Figma, motion graphics, After Effects, photography, or video editing.
  • Interest in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.

SKILLS:

  • Strong visual design and layout capabilities.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to learning and quality.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines, implement feedback, and refine work. 
  • Good time-management skills; able to work under pressure with guidance.
  • Clear, respectful, and professional communicator.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working with others on campaigns and projects.
