12-month paid internship at Muna
We’re looking for an ambitious Marketing Intern to work directly with the founding team and help execute our marketing and communications strategy. This is an opportunity for a high-agency graduate who wants real ownership, real pace, and real accountability from day one.
This is not the right role if you’re looking for highly structured, step-by-step mentorship. It is the right role if you’re excited by responsibility, can generate and defend your ideas, and have the confidence to take projects from concept to execution.
What you’ll do (and learn fast)
You’ll support the team across the full marketing stack, with hands-on work such as:
- Marketing and customer research: help us understand our users, partners, and the market
- Campaign support: contribute to planning, building, and running campaigns end-to-end
- Content and social: create and manage content that builds brand and drives action
- Customer engagement / CRM: support customer comms, engagement loops, and segmentation
- Data and reporting: track performance, pull insights, and recommend improvements
- Creative support (nice-to-have): contribute to visual design across brand and marketing assets
What success looks like in this role
- You take ownership of projects (with guidance), and you deliver.
- You communicate clearly, follow through, and don’t need constant supervision to make progress.
- You bring ideas, test them quickly, learn from results, and iterate.
- You build conviction through research and data, not vibes.
Must-haves
- An undergraduate degree from a recognised institution (Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar)
- A “can do” attitude and willingness to figure things out
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- High ownership and reliability (you do what you say you’ll do)
Nice-to-haves
- Any practical marketing experience (internship, freelance, society leadership, side project, portfolio)
- Comfort with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe) or strong visual taste
- An interest in startups, retail, sustainability, or consumer tech
