And as our Managing Director leads that charge, we’re in need of a right hand - a Junior Account Manager with the discipline, initiative, and structure to keep momentum moving forward.
You won’t be sipping flat whites while someone else handles the detail. You’ll be deep in the coalface of how we sell, scale, and deliver campaigns; following up leads, scheduling meetings, managing briefs, and helping us never miss a beat. Your Core Mission:
You’ll work directly with our MD and be trusted to manage the admin and support side of key client conversations.
That means:
- Owning follow-ups on client meetings, proposals, and action items.
- Keeping us accountable to timelines, deliverables, and next steps.
- Tracking leads and progress across opportunities using CRM tools or simple tracking systems.
- Preparing briefs and summaries from meetings so our team can move fast and smart.
- Being the reliable center in a fast-moving storm of decks, calls, and campaigns.
What You Bring:
- 1–2 years in a client service, digital marketing, or media role (agency experience a plus).
- Excellent admin skills: you document well, follow up without being told, and love a to-do list.
- Clear communicator who writes well and stays on top of things without fuss.
- Organised and alert: You’re the type who remembers what others forget.
- Quick learner who can keep up in a fast-paced environment and grow with the business.
