Design Research Support

This is an opportunity to develop your qualitative research skills. We’re looking for 4 team members to take part in primary research, data capture on Miro and Airtable orExcel, data synthesis, desktop research and report preparation Figma.

The work is full time for about 4 months. It will involve observation and note taking during interviews, as well as an opportunity to moderate for those who are interested. There will be close guidance from the team lead, including daily checkins and other communication. If you are interested in design thinking ie. putting the end user at the centre of solution design, qualitative research digging to understand behaviour, needs and motivations and data synthesis zooming in and out to appreciate the detail and to spot patterns and themes, this is a fantastic growth opportunity.
