- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters that align with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Schedule posts, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective marketing campaigns that promote products/services and drive traffic to the website.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with online communities, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, social media tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing files, and maintaining marketing documentation.
- Provide basic troubleshooting assistance for software and technical issues, assist team members with technical calls, and coordinate with IT support when necessary.
- Work closely with other departments (such as sales, design, and customer service) to align marketing efforts and ensure a cohesive brand message.
