Marketing Intern

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. Your primary role will include support to the marketing team with various tasks. Provide general assistance with marketing functions, brand awareness activities, customer care, event coordination, product training activities and other general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Include, but are not limited to, maintaining Factory shop support and tracking budgets.
• Update websites with approved marketing content.
• Assist with customer care and purchase order processes.
• Monitor and help track marketing activities and trade activations. 
• Gather product competitor information.
• Support event planning. 
• Provide administrative support in creating designs and presentations
• Assist with new product development initiatives.

• Grade 12 Certificate 
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing is essential, preferably with a completed Marketing internship or 1-2 years’ experience
• Short course in Digital Marketing would be advantageous 
• Intermediate Excel & PowerPoint skills 
• Knowledge of Canva or WordPress 
• Knowledge of social media platforms 
• Detail conscious 
• Results focused
• Excellent communication skills 
• Strong planning skills
