Paid Media Specialist – Graduate Programme

Paid Media / Performance Marketing Graduate (Junior) OMG is a performance driven digital marketing and lead generation business working with high volume verticals such as insurance, finance, and consumer services.

This is a junior, full-time, fixed-term role designed for graduates who want to build a serious career in paid media and performance marketing, not brand-only or content-only roles.

You will work under experienced senior media buyers and be trained across:

•  Paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) Campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting Lead generation funnels and economics
• Understanding lead quality, CPL, and downstream sales performance
• Exposure to call-centre and sales feedback loops
• This role forms part of a structured training and mentorship programme with clear performance expectations and progression into an intermediate paid media buyer role for top performers.

We are looking for graduates who are:

• Recently qualified (degree or diploma) in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, Advertising, Business, or a related field Analytical, curious, and comfortable working with numbers Interested in performance marketing, paid media, and lead generation
• Commercially minded and willing to be accountable for results
• Strong communicators who can work within a team environment
• Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow quickly
• Nice to have (but not required): Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads Internship or project experience in digital marketing
