Junior Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our retail design team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design and eager to grow within a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will support the Head of Interior Design & Planning in creating functional, visually appealing store environments that enhance the customer experience and align with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the design and planning of retail store layouts, refurbishments, and new store concepts.
• Prepare mood boards, design presentations, and material samples. 
• Produce technical drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings where required. 
• Support space planning to optimise customer flow and product visibility.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design specifications are executed correctly.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and maintain design quality. 
• Stay up to date with retail design trends, materials, and innovations.
• Assist with project administration, timelines, and documentation.
• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and company guidelines.
