Joint Position: Head Graphic Designer & Junior Marketing Manager

The Prinro Junior Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring that all marketing activities: promotions, events, advertising, brochure, packaging design and sales support marketing requirements, are designed and executed in accordance with the company's yearly strategic Marketing Plan.

The person will manage marketing and brand management campaigns across 4 companies, working strictly under supervision and guidance of the Group Marketing Manager and CEO.

The ideal candidate needs to have the following experience and skill set:

1. A Graphic Design Diploma or Degree, with full software program proficiency in: Coreldraw, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Indesign.
2. Facebook Meta Suite marketing experience.
3. Google Adwords.
4. Mailchimp Platform - working knowledge of the system.
5. Previous marketing or brand management experience within an online store- or physical retail environments.
6. Must be able to manage and lead a marketing team of two individuals - team player.
7. Have an urge to learn - Would like to grow through learning more skills and advancing their career at the company.
8. Has a valid Driver's License
9. Resides within the Cape West Coast Region: Langebaan, Velddrif, St Helena Bay - as the position is office bound and not a work from home opportunity.
