Your Role: As a Junior Broker, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities that encompass marketing, administration, and client relations. Furthermore, you'll assist with inquiries from landlords and tenants, manage marketing initiatives, and support digital marketing strategies. Engaging with customers through various channels, conducting property evaluations, and facilitating property viewings will also be part of your role. Staying informed about market trends and current inventory is key to your success.

Employment Details: This is a full-time, permanent position that is made up of salary/commission structure where candidates can earn in excess of R25 000 a month. A certificate in a relevant field is preferred, but not required, along with a minimum of two years in sales or marketing experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite is necessary, along with prior experience in sales or marketing, which is advantageous.
