Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer/Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging multimedia designs and video content, contributing to our social media presence, and coordinating various marketing initiatives. If you have a passion for design, a knack for communication, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities: ⁠ ⁠

• Multimedia Design: Create eye-catching designs, including social media ads, content, marketing documents, and in-house media. ⁠
• Video Content: Film and edit videos for various platforms using smartphone footage. ⁠ ⁠
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns. ⁠ 
• Advertising: Create and manage Google and social media ads.
• Partnerships & Sponsorships: Coordinate and manage partnerships and sponsorships.
• Communication: Ensure clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Conceptualising & Ideation: Generate and develop creative ideas for campaigns. ⁠ ⁠
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns. ⁠ ⁠
• TikToks/Reels: Ideate and create engaging short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and communication skills, including copywriting. ⁠ ⁠
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or similar professional grade graphics programs) and CapCut (or similar video editing software). ⁠
• Knowledge of Canva Pro and Google Suite. Experience with Mailchimp is advantageous.⁠
• Strong creative mindset. ⁠
• Design skills, including familiarity with technical requirements for print formatting. ⁠
• Skilled in smartphone photography and videography. 
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team. ⁠ ⁠
• Critical and strategic thinking, including problem-solving skills. ⁠
• Effective time management. ⁠
• High attention to detail. ⁠
• ⁠1-2 years of experience in a similar role
