Junior to Mid-Level Videographer / Content Creator

About The Role

• We’re looking for a driven male or female content creator to join our team full-time.
• You’ll work across RHC and VIP projects, creating engaging content for digital platforms. If you live and breathe social media, have an eye for detail, and know your way around a camera, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for social media, web, and campaigns 
• Create short-form and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Assist with basic marketing tasks: captions, scheduling, trend research, engagement, community management 
• Support brand shoots, events, track days, car shows, and behind-the-scenes coverage 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals
• Using our CI to edit photography/ videography into relevant sized adverts, promos, advertising, etc

Requirements

• Junior to mid-level experience in content creation and in graphic design
• Proficient with photography and videography: shooting + editing
• Comfortable using editing software like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe illustrator 
• Basic understanding of AI tools for content: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc. 
• Strong technical ability and willingness to learn new tools fast
• Basic Social Media marketing skills: understand hooks, trends, audience, and analytics
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work to tight deadlines 
• Own transport is a plus but not required Nice to Have
• Experience / Passion for automotive/lifestyle/bike content
• Drone or motion graphics skills 
• Previous agency or brand experience Salary Market-related and dependent on qualifications + experience
