Full-time In-house Videographer|Photographer

Rainbow Marketing is calling for a bold, creative videographer to join our team in Green Point as a full-time Videographer, Photographer, and Social Media Content Creator.

This isn't just a desk job - you'll be on the ground capturing powerful human stories for our key NPO account, Ladles of Love, and producing high-energy content for major corporate customers and retail brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video and photographic content across various environments, including sites in underserved communities , events, and corporate settings. 
• Produce polished multimedia assets suitable for digital, social, and traditional media platforms. 
• Conceptualise, storyboard, and edit video content to bring narratives to life. 
• Work closely with the Rainbow Marketing team and our agencies to develop creative ideas and content strategies.
• Manage and maintain personal camera equipment and ensure readiness for shoots. 
• Handle basic lighting, sound, and post-production requirements.
• Travel to locations as required using own reliable motor vehicle.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Strong videography and photography skills with an eye for detail and storytelling. 
• Proficient in video editing and graphic design software.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging visual concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for content creation.

Minimum Requirements 

• Relevant qualification in film, media, photography, design, or related field. 
• Current showreel/portfolio and CV with references
• Own camera equipment suitable for professional work.
• Your own reliable motor vehicle for travel. 
• Understanding of township life and happy to commute into communities. 
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be mentored within an established agency.
