PR Account Exec

• A junior to mid-weight communications specialist who has a passion for PR and understands the importance of generating newsworthy content in order to elicit positive, ongoing exposure on behalf clients.
• This requires the ability to analyse current market trends and news topics in order to conceptualise and execute an effective communication plan.
• Experience of at least one year in the media industry is a must, along with a keen understanding of media platforms from a traditional and modern PR perspective.
• This role requires a passion for communication and relationships, along with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines and short timelines.
• The candidate must be fluent in English and the ability to speak other African languages as well as having any experience with eventing and activations is a bonus.
• Attention to detail, confidence and a good work ethic are must-have attributes for this candidate.

Marketing qualification advantageous
