Client Success and Business Enablement

This full-time, on-site role in Johannesburg, South Africa, focuses on driving customer success through collaboration and project management.

As the Client Success and Business Enablement manager, you will enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and continuous improvement, helping clients maximise the value of our personalised video solutions.

You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, operations, production, and product teams. In our small, dynamic team, you'll also be involved in creative direction, production assistance, copywriting, relationship management, pipeline management, and social media content.
