We are looking for a creative, self-driven Junior Creative Designer & Content Creator to join our team. This role combines graphic design expertise with video content creation and social media production. Ideal for an emerging creative who is passionate about visual storytelling across both static and motion formats.
You will support the wider creative team in developing design assets, producing high-quality video content, and driving our digital and social media presence through engaging, platform-optimised content. You will be mentored by experienced creatives and given real opportunities to grow.
Graphic Design & Visual Communication
- Develop design assets across print, digital, web, social media, and marketing materials
- Interpret creative briefs to produce visually engaging concepts aligned with project objectives
- Produce well-crafted work with attention to layout, typography, colour theory, and composition
- Maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all designs are consistent with visual identity and messaging standards • Prepare final artwork and files for print and digital production to required technical specifications
Video Content Creation & Production
- Shoot and produce video content for social media campaigns
- Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and campaign-driven footage
- Assist in planning, storyboarding, and executing content shoots
- Create basic animations and motion graphics to enhance video and static content
Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Edit longer-form YouTube content where required
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, music, and effects
- Optimise content for platform performance — hooks, pacing, and format
Social Media & Digital Content
- Develop content aligned to brand tone and adapt to platform trends and algorithms
- Stay current with TikTok trends, Instagram formats, and YouTube content styles
- Translate trends into brand-relevant, platform-optimised content
Ideation, Collaboration & Support
- Contribute fresh content ideas and campaign concepts in brainstorming sessions
- Work closely with social media, creative, and wider teams
- Incorporate feedback from senior team members and clients to refine outputs
- Support campaign shoots, activations, and events
- Help organise and maintain content assets and media libraries
Performance & Growth
- Learn and apply insights to continuously improve content quality and storytelling
- Improve editing speed, design efficiency, and creative output over time
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, videography, or video editing
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Basic animation or motion graphics skills (advantageous)
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating creative thinking across design and video (student work welcome)
- Solid understanding of core design principles: typography, layout, and colour theory
- Experience creating content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
