We’re looking for a driven and curious individual to join our team as a Junior Strategist. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who has studied marketing, communications, or a related field and is eager to apply their academic knowledge in a fast-paced agency environment. You will support the development of integrated marketing communications strategies across digital platforms, learning from experienced strategists whilst contributing fresh ideas and perspectives from day one.
Strategy & IMC Planning
- Support the development of strategies that align with client objectives and broader IMC frameworks
- Participate in and contribute to strategic planning sessions to help define channel mix, audience segmentation, and campaign direction under senior guidance
- Translate strategic communication objectives into clear strategic plans with guidance from senior strategist
- Support business development efforts by contributing to compelling, insight-led strategy components for IMC proposals and client presentations under the direction of senior team members 2. Campaign Oversight & Digital Cross-Channel Integration
- Assist in the execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns that align with broader IMC strategies across all touchpoints
- Work alongside creative and account teams to ensure consistent messaging across digital and traditional channels
- Support multi-platform digital campaign coordination, including social media, paid search, programmatic, and email automation channels
- Coordinate with external partners and platforms to ensure seamless campaign integration and timely execution 3. Analysis & Optimisation
- Conduct comprehensive digital audits and market analysis to identify strategic opportunities and audience insights to inform data-driven campaign strategies
- Monitor and analyse digital campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, developing your analytical skills and contributing to optimisation recommendations
- Maintain expertise in emerging digital channels and technologies to build your knowledge and enhance integrated marketing effectiveness
Brand & Asset Management
- Assist with digital asset creation briefing and approval processes to maintain internal and client brand consistency whilst pushing creative boundaries
- Ensure all digital strategies maintain brand integrity whilst delivering measurable impact and audience resonance
Essential Experience & Skills
- A relevant postgraduate degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar) with demonstrable knowledge of integrated marketing communications principles and a genuine passion for integrated marketing communications and digital strategy
- An eagerness to develop strategic vision and a willingness to learn how to identify market opportunities and translate them into effective traditional brand and digital strategies
- Working knowledge of or strong interest in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Exposure to or academic knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and cross-channel campaign principles
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, or a strong desire to develop these skills
Communication & Collaboration
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate strategy ideas clearly to team members and clients with growing confidence
- Ability to articulate your thinking and present ideas clearly, with a willingness to develop confidence in client-facing environments
- Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks across multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of brand consistency requirements across traditional and digital touchpoints
Project Management
- Ability to manage your own time effectively, meet deadlines, and contribute to complex projects under senior guidance
- Strong attention to both strategic vision and tactical execution details
