SEO and Google Ads Specialist

About the Role

RMS Automotive Group is seeking a results-driven SEO & Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving online visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation across our workshops. A background or ability in graphic design will be considered a strong advantage in supporting our marketing and creative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase website rankings and organic traffic. 
• Plan, create, and monitor Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Optimize landing pages, ad copy, and content to improve conversions.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, SEO algorithms, and paid advertising innovations.
• Support content creation with graphic design input (social media posts, ad creatives, visuals for campaigns).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across digital platforms.

• Proven experience in SEO strategy execution and Google Ads campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver clear insights.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or similar.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and lead generation strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Advantageous:
