Digital media coordinator

• The position includes website management and maintenance, uploading articles and photographs and dealing with IT service providers when necessary.
• Setting up newsletters with codes and photographs, ensuring all the content corresponds with the website. Ensure all the articles online have the correct tab categorisation.
• Maintaining a digital photographic library. Social media: design posts and post them, using video where possible. Manage on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X, LinkedIn and Threads accounts and post regularly on them.
• Manage our WhatsApp groups.
• Creating content, short codes, etc that go into the WhatsApp messages and newsletters.

Webinars:

• Setting up the webinars and run back end of it, monitoring questions coming in.
• Set up Facebook and YouTube links for webinars.
• Edit webinar on YouTube and create a thumbnail for it, using an appealing image from the webinar.
• Take webinar video and edit it into short clips for social media.
• Video editing skills are crucial.
• Database management: Growing and managing the database.
• Reporting to management on database, numbers on social media platforms, popular stories, and open rates.
• Photographs: Sourcing photographs or digital images for stories.

• Digital expertise, video editing, IT and tech savvy, having digital design skills.
• Expertise on Social media.
