SALES EXECUTIVE

Join a fast-growing In-Transit Advertising Company and step into a high-performance, fast-paced B2B sales environment where no two days are the same. This is not a transactional sales role — we’re looking for someone ready to sell complex, high-value advertising solutions and engage directly with decision-makers. 

What You’ll Do:

• Drive new business development through proactive outbound sales
• Build and grow long-term client relationships
• Sell innovative in-transit advertising solutions
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Location: Gauteng (in-office)

Requirement: Own reliable transport

What We’re Looking For:

• Open to graduates or candidates with 0–2 years’ sales experience
• Some sales exposure advantageous, but natural confidence with people is key
• Strong, authentic communicator (not scripted or robotic)
• Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
• Thrives in a high-rejection, high-performance environment 
• Resilient, driven, competitive, and consistent
• Able to learn quickly and hit the ground running
• Outbound mindset — confident with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email

Not suited for candidates with:

• Call centre or heavily scripted sales backgrounds 
• Purely transactional / low-value sales experience
