- Support the Head of Marketing with the development of the annual marketing plan
- Assist with the development of a new Brand CI and roll out of this new CI across all online and offline platforms and assets
- Develop and curate engaging content for various marketing channels, including our website, social media, display/remarketing banners, YouTube videos etc.
- Assist in managing and growing our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Oversee all updates to the company's website
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimise campaigns and strategies
- Support the sales team in creating and implementing promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer acquisition
- Work with suppliers and agencies to execute on campaigns and activities
- Work closely with product managers to produce marketing material for new product launches
- Manage the creation and distribution of branded merchandise, ensuring it aligns with the company's brand identity and values
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external marketing events, activations and webinars
- Conduct competitor audits for priority products and present findings to the relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Managers, Projects, HR and Finance
- Develop and execute internal marketing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and build our desired culture
- Manage all processing of invoices and payments to suppliers
- Represent marketing in various internal forums
- Tertiary qualification (diploma or degree) in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Advertising
- 2 - 3 years experience in a Marketing role
- At least 1 year of digital marketing experience is essential (with a focus on social media marketing and/or lead generation)
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Pipedrive, Google analytics, Google ads, LinkedIn and/or Facebook would be beneficial
- Ability to write copy and design on Canva would be beneficial
