Role Overview:

As a Junior Designer at Sneaker LAB, you will be an integral part of our design team, contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions to help shape the future of fashion care. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from concept development to final product, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We're looking for someone who is not only skilled in design but also enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn. Key

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers and the Creative Director, to develop innovative and trendsetting designs.
• Assist in the creation of concept sketches, mood boards, and design presentations.
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure designs are executed accurately and meet quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance product offerings.
• Support the design team with any additional tasks or projects as needed.
• Develop the concepts and designs from briefs for social media, collaborations, campaigns and collateral packs.

Requirements:

• A degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
• Motion Graphic and Animation skills are a plus but not a requirement.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion, streetwear and culture.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Previous experience or an internship in design-related roles is a plus but not required.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work and creative projects.
