Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to promote hospitality clients across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn. TIkTok).
- Create and curate engaging, informative, and visually appealing content tailored to our target audience, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, fostering positive interactions and building strong relationships with our online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our social media presence.
- Track, measure, and report on key social media metrics and KPIs. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for different platforms and audiences.
- Familiarity with social media advertising, targeting, and tracking.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) to create basic social media visuals.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for digital marketing and social media.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
