Job Description:

• As a Junior Graphic Designer at Solar Capital, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, contributing to the creation and development of innovative, and engaging graphic designs that effectively communicate the brand message.
• Your role will involve working on a variety of projects, including digital and print media, to promote our solar energy products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Assist in creating and developing graphic designs for marketing materials, including brochures, banners, posters, online content, and social media posts. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to understand project objectives and develop design concepts that align with brand strategy and communication goals.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to company brand guidelines and standards. Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent brand image and identity across all materials and platforms.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions. Present design concepts to the team, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.

Content Creation: Assist in creating visually appealing content for digital platforms, including the company website, social media channels, and email campaigns. Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites.

Print Production: Assist in managing print production processes, ensuring quality and consistency in all printed materials. Coordinate with external print vendors when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in graphic design (experience in the solar/energy industry is a plus).
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of print production processes.
