Source Interior Brand Architecture
Duties & Responsibilities:
Working under the guidance of the Creative Director (and relevant lead designers), the role supports Source IBA Studio across branding, digital, social media, and signage projects, with a strong focus on hospitality-led visual storytelling.
Core Studio Responsibilities
- Website updates and redesign support
- Social media management
- Portfolio, RFP, and pitch presentation compilation
- Presentation template redesign
- Brand asset organisation and content libraries
- Competition entry research and coordination
- Media coordination and studio communication support
Social Media Management & Content Creation (Instagram & TikTok)
- End-to-end management of social platforms, primarily Instagram
- Conceptualisation and creation of posts, stories, reels, and short-form video
- Translating brand strategy and studio projects into engaging social narratives
- Content planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Caption writing aligned with brand tone of voice
- Trend tracking and community engagement
- Collaboration with design teams to source and curate content Branding Projects
- Research including stakeholder interviews, benchmarking, competitor analysis, and trend insights
- Development of brand positioning (values, personality, narrative, purpose)
- Brand development across logos, visual systems, tone of voice, and sub-brands
- Application of branding across digital, print, spatial, hospitality, and collateral touchpoints
Signage Projects
- Conceptual design aligned with brand identity
- Development of visual language, materials, and sign families
- Wayfinding strategy and rationale
- Scheduling and documentation of signage requirements and placement Ideal Profile
- Detail-driven, design-led thinker with strong visual instincts
- Passionate about hospitality, branding, and content creation
- Social-media native with strong trend awareness
- Organised, proactive, and collaborative
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced creative studio
Qualification:
- Relevant Graphic Design qualification
- Years of Experience: 1 - 4 years
- Fields of Experience: Brand development; hospitality experience is a strong advantage
