SENIOR DESIGNER: ON-SITE

SourceIBA is seeking a Senior / Lead Interior Designer with strong hospitality experience and a collaborative mindset, capable of leading projects while actively contributing to the studio’s collective design process.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of Interior Design projects, guiding them from concept through to delivery, while working closely with a multi-disciplinary team of designers, technical specialists and consultants.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping design outcomes through mentorship, collaboration and thoughtful leadership, fostering a studio culture where everyone’s expertise is valued.

Lead hospitality interior projects from concept through to completion, collaborating with designers, technical specialists, and consultants to deliver cohesive and well-resolved outcomes.

Contribute creatively within the studio’s collaborative environment, leveraging diverse perspectives and skills to enhance design quality across all projects.

Balance strong conceptual thinking with technical rigor and project management skills, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to a high standard.

Take responsibility for coordination, documentation, and on-site execution, maintaining open communication and a positive working relationship with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Work confidently within the studio’s software environment, including Revit/AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Revit experience is advantageous but not essential.

The studio supports skill development through structured training and knowledge sharing within the team.

 * Only candidates with approximately 7–10 years of professional experience in hospitality design, with a strong track record of leading projects through detailed documentation and on-site delivery, will be considered.
