Platform Ownership & Optimisation
- Manage and continuously improve Spur Corporation’s digital asset platform and related tools
- Help shape a user-friendly and efficient experience across the platform
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, organisation and accessibility of content
- Support implementation of new features, tools and integrations where needed
- Monitor platform usage and identify opportunities to increase engagement and adoption
Asset & Content Management
- Oversee the organisation and maintenance of digital marketing assets across the group
- Ensure assets are correctly tagged, categorised and easy to find
- Support best practices for content storage, approvals, archiving and version control
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across shared assets and templates
- Support management of asset usage rights and expiry tracking where applicable
User Support & Collaboration
- Act as the key point of contact for platform-related support and guidance
- Assist users with onboarding, training and troubleshooting
- Create simple support guides and training material
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand team needs and improve platform usability
- Champion adoption and encourage best practices across teams
Process & Project Support
- Help streamline and improve creative and marketing workflows
- Support digital and marketing projects linked to content management and distribution
- Assist with reporting, platform feedback and optimisation recommendations
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to support ongoing improvements
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interest in digital platforms, technology and user experience
- Organised and detail-oriented with good project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable working across creative, marketing and technical teams
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Adaptable and open to learning new systems and tools
- Analytical thinking and ability to identify process improvements
- Customer- and user-focused approach
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Creative Technology, Information Systems or a related field advantageous
- Experience working with digital platforms, content management systems or asset management tools preferred
- Exposure to creative or marketing environments beneficial
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Asset Management platforms or creative AI tools advantageous
- Understanding of digital content workflows and organisation principles preferred
