Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, setting up, and managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube).
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates. 
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting.
• Track key performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Analyze data to identify insights and propose recommendations.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to align paid media with brand storytelling.
• Support audience segmentation and lookalike audience building for lead generation.
• Help optimize landing pages, WhatsApp funnels, and conversion tracking

• Studying or recently graduated in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Brand Communications. 
• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
• Passionate about media, entertainment, and education marketing.
• Creative thinker with analytical mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
