- Create visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, websites, social media, print ads, brochures, banners, infographics and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the brand identity and target audience.
- Produce design assets, ensuring high quality and timely delivery, while adhering to brand guidelines and project deadlines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques and tools, and incorporate them into your work to maintain a fresh and innovative design approach.
- Conduct design research and analysis to gather insights and improve the effectiveness of design elements in achieving marketing goals.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs and achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure design consistency and proper implementation of design elements on websites and digital platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain an organised library of assets, including fonts, icons and images, for easy access and reuse.
- Proficient in industry standard design software.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and web design principles is an advantage.
- Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
- Sound time management skills to ensure multiple tasks are completed timeously.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment,
- Flexible and self-motivated Graphic Designer.
