Graphic Designer

Join our dynamic team at The Creativity Lab as a Graphic Designer & Print Setup Specialist!

The Creativity Lab is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to produce high-impact mood boards and client presentations for styled events.

This role is key to visually communicating our event concepts with clarity, creativity, and precision. This hybrid role combines visual design with hands-on print production to bring creative ideas to life across various formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design clean, on-brand mood boards and presentations using our templates
• Ensure visuals align with quotes and event styling direction
• Package final files correctly for internal and client use
• Collaborate with clients and team members on creative concepts
• Prepare artwork for print with correct sizing and formats, manage installation and correct output for artwork
• Manage multiple projects and meet short deadlines

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Excellent eye for design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards
• Good communication and time management skills
• Familiarity with print production (sizing, finishes, bleed areas)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in event styling or creative industries 
• Social media design or content creation experience
• Copywriting or content ideation skills for campaigns
