Knowledge of qualitative research methodologies:An understanding of various qualitative research methodologies such as, ethnography, case studies, focus groups, video ethnography, and the ability to apply them to research projects.
Project management skills:The ability to plan, manage and oversee research projects from start to finish, including developing research plans, timelines, budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Communication skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Interpersonal skills: The ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders, as well as to manage conflicts and negotiate effectively.
