Join our marketing team to keep our digital presence running smoothly and our content fresh. You’ll help maintain the website and member platform, set up and run webinars, create and edit short-form videos, and manage day-to-day engagement across our social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Website & Platform Maintenance - update pages, upload new assets, check links, and flag UX issues.
• Webinar Setup & Support – schedule sessions (Zoom/Teams), build registration pages, coordinate reminders, and handle basic live tech.
• Video Creation & Editing – shoot quick reels, repurpose recorded webinars, add captions/graphics, and export for multiple platforms.
• Social Engagement – draft captions, schedule posts, and reply to comments/DMs to keep conversations lively.
• Team Support – research trends, pull basic analytics, and contribute ideas for upcoming campaigns.

• Studying toward (or recently completed) a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar.
• Comfortable with basic website CMS updates (WordPress, Webflow, or comparable).
• Familiarity with Zoom/Teams webinar features and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Canva or a video-editing tool (iMovie, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).
• Solid writing skills and a knack for concise, engaging social copy.
• Reliable, organised, and eager to learn from a fast-moving marketing team.
