Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and versatile graphic designer with a flair for motion graphics to join our dynamic team.

This role involves producing compelling visual content for The Manor’s publications, campaigns, and digital platforms. You’ll bring our brand stories to life through static and animated designs that resonate with audiences locally and globally.

Responsibilities:

• Design visuals for print and digital platforms, including publications, websites, and social media.
• Create engaging motion graphics for campaigns, events, and digital content. 
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to deliver cohesive creative assets.
• Develop branding materials aligned with The Manor’s visual identity.
• Stay updated on design trends to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Work on multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Preferred Technical 

Skills:

• Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with WordPress and Elementor for content management and page building.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce or Shopify).
• Knowledge of SEO tools and strategies (Google Analytics, SEM rush, or similar platforms).
• Understanding of website hosting, domain management, and SSL certificate integration.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a bonus.
• Familiarity with web security best practices and tools.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion graphics work.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Passion for African art and design is an advantage.
