The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing Manager in executing digital marketing strategies and support the sales team by managing corporate gifting and related tasks.
This role involves a blend of creative and administrative responsibilities, from digital campaign execution to sourcing and managing corporate gifts and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Support:
- Assist in planning and running digital marketing campaigns, such as social media, email marketing, SMS Blasts.
- Ensure that all content matches the brand and message we want to portray
- Suggest ideas on how we can improve our brand
2. Content Management:
- Create, content for social media channels
3. Corporate Gifting & Supplies:
- Source quotes for corporate gifting items
- Shop for supplies as needed, maintaining a balance between quality and cost
- Manage stock take of gifting inventory and issue gifts to sales executives when required.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and investigate the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports- offering ideas for improvement.
5. Social Media Management:
- Manage the company’s social media profiles, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with the audience.
- Constant uploading of photos and videos
- Improve our following on all platforms ( target to be set)
- Suggest ways to enhance online presence.
6. Email Marketing:
- Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns
7. Collaboration:
- Ability to work with outside suppliers and agencies on specific projects when required such as Northglen newspaper.
8. Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in identifying new digital marketing opportunities.
9. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Manager and Sales Team.
- Assist in organizing marketing events
- This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance digital marketing tasks with practical responsibilities related to corporate gifting and supplies management.
Qualifications and Skills required:
- A diploma in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field will be an advantage
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role is preferred.
- Understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices for the hotel industry
- Ability to learn new tools and adapt to changing digital landscapes quickly.
