Social Media Internship (Unpaid)

Location: Hybrid / Cape Town preferred

Reports to: Social Media Manager / Content Lead Role

Overview

We’re looking for a creative, driven intern to support our social media team in crafting content that educates, inspires, and engages.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and scheduling content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Support content creation: graphics, reels, stories, captions
• Monitor trends and suggest fresh ideas
• Engage with our online community
• Track analytics and performance
• Collaborate on campaigns like EmpowHer, Ript, and Fit4Living

• Ideal Candidate
• Passionate about storytelling, fitness, or wellness
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiar with social media platforms and trends
• Basic design/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe a plus)
• Studying or recently graduated in marketing, media, or related field
