• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 10 years+ of experience within a brand environment, with 5+ years in a senior leadership position. Demonstrated success in leading brand strategy and execution, with tangible results in brand growth and market share.
• Experience leading and developing marketing or brand teams, with a focus on fostering creativity and driving performance.
