Freelance Designer

We are currently exploring the option of bringing in a freelance designer to assist us with our design work. Someone who fits the following criteria:

• A designer who not only has exceptional skill but one that can align with our work values and brand voice

4. Brand Understanding: Pieces that demonstrate a clear grasp of your brand’s identity and voice, possibly with mock projects or case studies relevant to your brand.
5. Adaptable and Ready for Change: Examples of work across different styles and mediums, showing versatility and a willingness to pivot.  
6. Skilled and Sincere: High-quality, polished work with attention to detail, along with personal statements or reflections showing honesty and integrity.  
7. Dedicated and Hard-Working: A portfolio that is well-organized and consistently updated, reflecting a strong work ethic and dedication to the craft.  
8. Good Values and Up for a Challenge: Projects that highlight problem-solving skills, resilience, and a positive attitude towards tackling difficult tasks.
