Key Responsibilities 

Brand & Content Design

  • Develop visually engaging designs for campaigns, digital platforms, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to translate content strategies into compelling creative assets.
  • Design materials including social media graphics, newsletters, in-store visuals, posters, billboards, and event collateral.
  • Assist visual direction on content shoots, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetic.

UX & Digital Experience 

  • Apply UX design principles to improve website layout, user flow, and customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to optimise landing pages for conversion and engagement.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and design concepts for new website sections or features.
  • Conduct basic user testing or feedback sessions to refine designs.
  • Support the execution of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) strategies through data-informed design improvements.

Social Media & Digital Content 

  • Resize visual content for all social media channels.
  • Ensure design consistency and brand coherence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Support video and animation projects that enhance storytelling and digital engagement.
  • Edit and produce video content for digital campaigns, in-store screens, and social media.
  • Support animation and motion design needs for storytelling and brand engagement. 
  • Ensure all visual and video content aligns with TSHEPO’s tone, aesthetic, and brand identity.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and developers to ensure integrated and effective campaigns.
  • Take initiative in proposing new creative approaches, formats, and design innovations.
  • Stay informed on design trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools that could elevate TSHEPO’s digital experience.
  • In office 5 days a week.
  • Flexibility to attend content shoots and events as needed.
  • Occasional travel for events or content projects.
