Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing and curating content across Tuks FM's social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn;
- Contribute creative ideas for engaging posts, campaigns, and promotions to increase audience interaction and brand awareness;
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to foster meaningful connections with our audience.
Graphic Design:
- Design visually compelling graphics for promotional materials, event posters, social media posts, and other marketing collateral;
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all visual assets, adhering to Tuks FM's brand
- guidelines;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life through captivating visuals.
Content Creation:
- Assist in creating original and engaging content for Tuks FM's website, blog and other digital platforms;
- Write compelling copy that resonates with station’s target audience and effectively communicates the station’s brand message and values;
- Support content planning and scheduling to maintain a consistent and relevant online presence.
- Marketing Campaign Support:
- Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing campaigns, events, and promotions;
- Assist in coordinating promotional activities, sponsorships, and partnerships to maximise exposure and reach;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives;
- Provide guidance and support to team members to encourage the creation of engaging and original content for social media platforms;
- Lead meetings to discuss ongoing projects, assign tasks, and ensure that deadlines are met consistently;
- Collaborate with programme coordinator and station manager to align marketing efforts with overall station objectives and campaigns;
- Collaborate with the presenting unit leader to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns with on-air content;
- Develop and conduct training sessions for marketing unit trainees to enhance the skills and knowledge of the marketing.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness;
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to summarize key findings, trends, and recommendations for optimization;
- Use data insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement in our marketing efforts.
