Junior Graphic Designer

We are currently looking for a dynamic individual who can fill the role of junior Graphic Designer in an effort to support our marketing department in the Western Cape.

This individual needs to be a highly creative designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, both in print and electronic media.

Our ideal candidate will need to have an understanding of the real estate industry and will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled with every step of the design process from conceptualization to the final design.

The position entails working with a diverse group of individuals at all levels of the organization and will need to be self-sufficient and independent enough to plan, prioritize, and organize their own workload in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
• Exceptional creative and innovative design skills.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
• Proven experience with graphic design, with a portfolio of work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be proactive and take initiative.
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, Must be able to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Strong work ethic.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and utilize judgment.
• Previous experience working within the real estate industry.
