The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and ongoing account development within the Cape Town region.
This role focuses on onboarding new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and representing Viro Solutions as a leader in sustainable, on-brand packaging for the food & beverage industry.
- Manage and grow the Cape Town sales component through active client acquisition and account management.
- Assist in developing and implementing the sales strategy, with a strong focus on client onboarding and revenue growth.
- Research, test, and report on innovative lead generation methods to improve pipeline quality and conversion rates.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and solutions offered by Viro Solutions.
- Manage all clients within the region from a needs and relationship perspective.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with clients under management, including price increases, stock holdings, and product options and recommendations.
- Act as an ambassador for Viro Solutions, consistently communicating the company’s brand image, positioning, and principles.
- Work across internal systems including Unleashed, Xero, and Monday.com, ensuring accurate processing and interpretation of sales invoicing, credit notes, and proof of delivery (POD) uploads.
- Maintain a strong on the road presence, regularly visiting both prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct monthly travel within the assigned management region.
