Exhibition Stand Designer

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing innovative and functional exhibition booth concepts and 3D designs.

Support senior designers with stand layouts, mood boards, technical drawings, and presentations.

Create digital visualisations, renders, and mock-ups using design software. Work with project managers and production teams to develop feasible build concepts.

Assist in preparing client proposals, pitch decks, and design documentation.

Conduct research on design trends, materials, finishes, and exhibition technologies. Help review and revise design concepts based on feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with project managers and production teams to develop feasible build concepts.
• Assist in preparing client proposals, pitch decks, and design documentation.
• Conduct research on design trends, materials, finishes, and exhibition technologies.
• Help review and revise design concepts based on feedback.
• Participate in internal creative brainstorming sessions and client briefing meetings when required.

• Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design, or related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Blender, Revit, or similar (list tools your team uses).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong creative flair, with an eye for detail, space planning, and brand-driven design.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate ideas into visual concepts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or personal projects welcome).
• Preferred Skills & Competencies Understanding of technical drawings and construction detail
• Basic and evolving understanding of exhibition structures and materials
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong willingness to learn, improve, and take constructive feedback
