Junior Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and driven Junior Designer / Creative to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our brand strategists and senior creatives to bring brand initiatives to life through innovative and impactful design. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from brand visual language and packaging to advertising and digital marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with brand strategists and senior creatives to understand project objectives and develop creative concepts
• Design high-quality visual language materials, including logos, packaging, advertising, and digital marketing materials
• Prepare and present design concepts to clients, including presentations and prototypes
• Work closely with internal teams, including production and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of design initiatives
• Continuously monitor industry trends and incorporate new and innovative design techniques into your work
• Maintain accurate and organized project files and archives
• Contribute to the development of our brand design style guide and visual standards
• Assist senior creatives with projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in brand design or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to bring brands to life through design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Ability to take direction and feedback, and continuously improve your design skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
