Social Media Manager

Salary: R10,000 – R20,000 (for full-time manager-level role) + incentives. Part-time/hybrid arrangements will be remunerated at a lower, pro-rated level.

We’re building a social media hub at the heart of it all — and we need someone to run it.

The Role We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Influencer Manager to join our team.

• Full-time is our preference (with salary between R15k–R25k depending on experience), but we will consider part-time or hybrid arrangements for strong candidates. In those cases, remuneration will be adjusted accordingly. - R10k–R20k salary for full-time manager-level candidates - Pro-rated remuneration for part-time or hybrid arrangements
• Incentive structure as the role grows

• Manage all social media platforms (content, strategy, analytics, engagement)
• Coordinate influencer partnerships & run our influencer membership tier
• Curate photo/video/design assets for our media library 
• Design and deliver weekly content (newsletters, event promos, merch visuals)
• Create with AI tools + Canva/Adobe and support day-to-day design needs

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years’ social media or digital marketing experience or relevant studies and skill set
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe essential, documents/presentations included)
• Familiarity with AI creative tools
• Experience with influencers & brand partnerships
• Organized, proactive, and passionate about lifestyle & luxury branding
