About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Assistant to join our fast-moving Marketing team. Reporting to the Content & Community Manager, you’ll bring ideas to life across our content, campaigns, and community. From crafting eye-catching designs and managing social media, to supporting in-store activations and keeping our marketing engine organised, this role is perfect for a multi-talented creative who loves travel and thrives in a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

Content & Design: 

• Create engaging artwork, video edits, and social media content that bring the WOLO vibe to life.
• Support the Content & Community Manager and Paid Media Specialist in producing fresh, on-brand creative.

Website Updates:

• Assist with product and pricing updates on our website, ensuring content is accurate, appealing, and drives sales.

Community Management:

• Be the voice of WOLO across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more — responding to queries and comments in a timely, brand-positive way.

Marketing Support:

• Help coordinate in-store marketing, campaign materials, reports, and creative assets.
• Keep our content library (stock, UGC, internal video) well organised.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay up to speed on WOLO’s products, partners, and experiences so that all content and responses are accurate and inspiring.

About You

• A natural multitasker who can juggle deadlines with ease.
• Confident communicator and problem-solver who loves finding solutions.
• Tech-savvy, creative, and resourceful — you get things done and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Self-starter with initiative and curiosity to keep learning and growing.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Skilled with Canva (or similar design tools).
• Experience in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong writing/editing skills for digital copy.
• Hands-on with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), WordPress, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager experience are a bonus.
