Client Service Assistant: Showroom Based

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Service Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves interior design, enjoys engaging with customers, and has a keen eye for detail. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service to ensure they have a positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, showcasing our range of acoustic wall panels.
• Provide design advice and product recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences. 
• Prepare and send out samples to online customers. 
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online enquiries, offering product information and support.
• Prepare quotes and follow up with clients to close sales.
• Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring it is clean, organised, and fully stocked with samples and promotional materials.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
• Host customers at the showroom space during planned company events (showroom launch, 1st Thursday champagne evening etc.)

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or interior design is a plus. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for design and an eye for detail. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer skills for handling emails, online enquiries, and generating quotes.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges. 

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
