Role Overview:
We’re looking for a freelancer/ part-time assistant who can take our strategy and knowledge-based content and turn it into high-quality social media posts (carousels, posts, and graphics), then schedule them consistently through our preferred scheduling platform. You won’t need to generate the topics or manage engagement — your main focus will be design, posting, and consistency to keep our brand active and professional online.
Content Direction: Since our industry is niche, posts will be educational and knowledge-driven rather than product sales-focused. You’ll mainly work with the content and ideas provided by us, but we welcome your creative input on design approaches, formats, and ways to make the content engaging and accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Create educational and engaging carousels, graphics, and posts.
- Use existing brand guidelines and provided content to design materials.
- Schedule posts consistently across agreed social media platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency in all visuals.
- Collaborate with the founder for approvals and feedback.
- Contribute design or content format ideas that support the broader strategy.
- Strong Canva design skills (carousel posts, graphics, branded templates).
- Experience using social media scheduling tools
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Understanding of social media design best practices.
- Reliable and able to meet agreed timelines.
